The Employment Program of British Columbia is funded by the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia.
Duties including but not limited to: clerical duties (answering phone, scheduling customer appointments, and answering emails, entering data, running errands) assist in payroll and invoicing. Oversee and coordinate staff, assist in interviewing and staff reviews.
Successful applicant requires grade 12 minimum, excellent customer service and listening skills, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), effective time management and organizational skills and a valid driver's license. Good knowledge of computers, backing up, downloading programs etc. Experience required in Simply Accounting and Microsoft Office.
Wage dependent on skills and experience.
Position will be 1-2 days per week to start. Within 3 months, 3-4 days per week.
