The Employment Program of British Columbia is funded by the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia.
Main Duties of Job:
Plan, organize, direct and control services offered at restaurant including catering;
Manage restaurant operations;
May recruit staff, provide training and oversee their daily work duties;
Prepare staff schedule and monitor staff performance;
Resolve any customer complaints and ensure health and safety rules are followed;
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or other functions;
Implement company’s policies and safety standards
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food management with at least 1 year of experience
At least 2 year of experience directly related to the field is required with some high school education
Salary: $23.50/hr for 40/hrs per week depending upon experience and skills.
